What Our Clients Say

Since 2021, My Cleaning Lady has treated our home with the utmost care and respect. From working around our handicapped dog to adjusting schedules as needed. They have exceeded our expectations in every level!

"I am writing to recommend My Cleaning Lady house cleaning services. We have employed them to clean our home since 2016 on a bi-weekly schedule.

Unlike the larger franchise cleaning companies that send one or two people to your home, MLC employs four-person teams with an assigned work leader. Larger crews greatly reduce the time that they are in your home; My Cleaning Lady will thoroughly and efficiently clean our 3100 sq ft, 3-1/2 bath home, including a finished basement, in about 45 mins. I might add that we are very particular customers.

Communication with them has always been clear and responsive, making scheduling appointments and managing their services stress-free. They always send a reminder a couple of days before our scheduled cleaning day and on the cleaning day, the work leader sends a text that they are on their way.

We’d be amiss if we didn’t mention that every commination is always personal, cheerful, but always professional. Scheduling special requests during the holidays or vacation season with My Cleaning Lady has been accommodating, demonstrating a willingness to ensure customer satisfaction. Whether it's regular maintenance cleanings or deep-cleaning projects, if you have any special cleaning needs or specific request on cleaning products, they are happy to accommodate.

Based on my experience, we confidently recommend My Cleaning Lady to anyone seeking reliable and professional house cleaning services with very competitive pricing."

My Cleaning Lady has been cleaning my house for over seven years. I always get a text of the approximate arrival time and then again when the team is on the way to my house. And they always show up and do a great job.
They use a team approach with four or five agents arriving together and scattering throughout the house and each person has their assigned responsibilities. I love this approach as it is very efficient and they complete all of the cleaning in a short time. I would highly recommend this company. They are friendly, responsive, trustworthy, efficient and proud of the work they do.

We have been so happy with this company! A crew of 3-5 people arrive and perform like ants- all peel off to a specific job and are done in record time. They are always prompt and have never canceled on me. I so appreciate their professionalism!

Some cleaning services send one or two ladies and spend hours cleaning your house. I like the fact that My Cleaning Ladies send a crew, that is, four or five ladies, who spread out to their assigned area and don’t take a lot of time. Their getting in and out gives me time to get other things done during the day. They are friendly, thorough and efficient.

I have been a customer of My Cleaning Lady since 2008 while recovering from various surgeries. Currently they come monthly to clean. Beyond having fast and efficient cleaning teams, they are trustworthy and have never cancelled on me! I really appreciate receiving an early morning text on the day of my scheduled cleaning giving me a time frame of when the ladies will arrive. Another text comes from the cleaning team themselves when they are enroute to my home. No surprise arrivals!
